Estimates

• Hot Mama Jeans provides general estimates at no cost.
• Final estimates are provided only after item has been viewed.
• Rush orders are charged an extra $10.00.
• General time estimates for orders are seven business days.

Do You Make, Fashion or Design New Clothing?

Designing

• Hot Mama Jeans Clothing Co. specializes in providing custom clothing for women.
• Customer may bring photographs and have a similar design custom made.
• We do not custom design fashion clothing from other artists or copyrighted photographs or advertisements.
• All items copied will have a unique difference to the design, obeying all copyright laws.

• We do not provide custom clothing for men at this time.
• Tailoring for men is available for items already designed.

Copying a Favorite You Already Own

• Customer must provide the item for duplication.
• Customer may provide the fabric and notions or
• Choose from available patterns and fabrics shown online.
• All items copied will have a unique difference to the design, obeying all copyright laws.

New Clothing from a Pattern

• Any type of retail pattern, EXCLUDING, suits, jackets, and jeans.
• Customer may provide the pattern, fabric and notions or 
• Choose from available patterns and fabrics shown online.

What about Non-clothing Items, or Items Not Made of Fabric?

Non-clothing Items

• We make and repair most non-clothing items. However, we do not upholster or make draperies. For new items, the customer must provide the pattern, fabric and notions. Please contact us to discuss your particular requirements.

Items Not Made of Fabric

• We cannot make or repair items made of fur, leather, shearling, rubber or vinyl, or items that are either knitted or crocheted.

What Locations Do You Provide Services?

• All services provided are located in Waxahachie, Texas.
• Pick-up and deliveries are at no additional cost within Waxahachie City limits.
• Pick-up within Ellis County will be billed at an additional $20.
• Pick-up within DFW area will be billed an additional $40.

Handcrafted Specialties

• Orders placed online can be delivered anywhere within the continental U.S. (Orders are sent via Priority Mail or UPS Ground)

What About Shipping, Delivery or Returns?

In-person Orders

• In-person orders do not include shipping or delivery. 
• The customer must make their own arrangements for the pick-up of in-person orders at our shop.

Deliveries

• All items will be shipped via Priority Mail or UPS Ground. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Packages Sent to Hot Mama Jeans (including returns)

• Items sent to us require a tracking number or return merchandise authorization, which we assign. Packages sent without either will be refused. All packages must be sent with the shipping cost prepaid. Packages sent C.O.D., or "Freight Collect" will be refused.
