Hot Mama Jeans Clothing Co. specializes in providing custom clothing for women.
Customer may bring photographs and have a similar design custom made.
We do not custom design fashion clothing from other artists or copyrighted photographs or advertisements.
All items copied will have a unique difference to the design, obeying all copyright laws.
We do not provide custom clothing for men at this time.

Copying a Favorite You Already Own

Customer must provide the item for duplication.

What about Non-clothing Items, or Items Not Made of Fabric?

Non-clothing Items

We make and repair most non-clothing items. However, we do not upholster or make draperies. For new items, the customer must provide the pattern, fabric and notions. Please contact us to discuss your particular requirements.

Items Not Made of Fabric

We cannot make or repair items made of fur, leather, shearling, rubber or vinyl, or items that are either knitted or crocheted.

All items shown on Hot Mama Jeans are custom designed specifically for you and actual items shown are not available unless specified.

Hot Mama Jeans will not assume responsibility for normal wear and tear, abuse or goods soiled through no fault of our own. Hot Mama Jeans guarantees our products and workmanship.

All Major Credit Cards and Pay Pal are accepted. Local Check are accepted.

Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received.

Any goods found defective must be returned to Hot Mama Jeans for replacement or credit within 10 days of goods shipping. The original invoice must accompany the return. Total order will be credited back to customer.

Rush Orders - will have an added charge of $35 - $50
Restock Fee - 25% total order

Packages Sent to Hot Mama Jeans (including returns)

Items sent to us require a tracking number or return merchandise authorization, which we assign. Packages sent without either will be refused. All packages must be sent with the shipping cost prepaid. Packages sent C.O.D., or "Freight Collect" will be refused.

Returned Items
Must be in the original condition.
Must be returned within 30 days of purchasing. We do not accept restock returns over 30 days.
If there is nothing wrong with the product, but you want to return it anyway, there is a 15% restocking fee for orders within 30 days of purchasing.

Hot Mama Jeans will exchange any product within 10 days of shipping, in its original condition; Or, credit the order back at the same amount of the original sales price, with no restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable in such cases.
