ALL ITEMS SHOWN ARE USED FOR THE
DESIGN OF YOUR CUSTOMIZE JEANS,
TOPS, PURSES AND ALL OTHER ITEMS.
Any goods found defective must be returned to Hot Mama Jeans for
replacement or credit within 10 days of goods shipping. The
original invoice must accompany the return.
Hot Mama Jeans will not assume responsibility for normal wear and
tear, abuse or goods soiled through no fault of our own.
Returned Items must be in the
original condition for refund to apply.
Goods are exchangeable up to 10 days from date received and
credited back at the same amount of the original sales price.
If there is nothing wrong with the product, but you want
to return it anyway, there is a 15% restocking fee for orders within 30 days,
25% within 90 days. We do not accept restock returns over 90 days.
Shipping charges are not refundable
in such cases. If it is a problem with the merchandise or a mistake
in the order, however, there is no surcharge and shipping is
refunded. |
